Col. John Kane, a command pilot with over 4,400 hours in high performance aircraft, is responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, plans and programs affecting more than 800 Air National Guard members at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and 5 geographically separated units throughout the state of Texas.
