Col. Raul Rosario, commander of the 149th Fighter Wing, Air National Guard, participates in an international press panel which included representatives from seven other countries for CRUZEX2018 at Natal Air Force Base, Nov. 19. Approximately 100 international media representatives joined the press conference, hosted by the Brazilian Air Force, to learn about the goals and expectations of the air exercise.
